Seems the City Council is preparing to decide where they want to build the Aquatic Center. Looks like it’s boiling down to 4th St. or Forest (by the Jay Livey). Thoughts?

The owner of the Red Gap Ranch has reduced the offering price from 15 million to 7.9 million, and City Staff is encouraging the council to purchase the Ranch. With an emergency reading, preventing citizen referrendum.
