ThorHost, LLC, founded in 2002 by partners Jeff Falbo, Jeff Thorsett and Tim Cunningham has spent the last three years growing the business under the guidance of the Northern Arizona Technology and Business Incubator (NATBI).  ThorHost’s exit strategy, crafted with the help of NATBI, focused on finding a strong, local business to acquire the company.  Indigo8 Internet, Inc., fit the bill perfectly, and all sides are happy to announce that indigo8 Internet, Inc. has completed the acquisition of ThorHost.

According to Jeff Falbo, “We talked to Nick Kraft from indigo8 and looked at his portfolio. After sitting down with him a few times, we knew we had a capable buyer who would be just as diligent and qualified as we were.”
